That’s what Republicans like Robert Kaiser, Barry Wilkes, and Jack Ciattarelli are promising. While New Jerseyans struggle with rising costs, they would support a 10% sales tax1 2 and roll back property tax relief for seniors, homeowners, and renters3. They have already raised local taxes by $11 million4. While New Jersey families pay the price, Robert and Barry’s wealthy friends and donors will reap the benefits of the Republican tax plan5. While we are relieved that no evidence of a bomb or related materials was found, this threat – which came just ahead of Rosh Hashanah – is deeply troubling.&nbsp;Hate and antisemitism have no place in Fair Lawn, in New Jersey, or this country. This threat comes amid rising antisemitism and threats to Jewish institutions across our country. Last year, antisemitic incidents increased 36 percent. We are committed to working with federal, state, and local partners to address rising extremism.&nbsp;Following this incident, we’ve been in touch with local officials to offer support.
